Scope of Work: The Beyer Park project involved clearing and grubbing the site, followed by grading to establish proper contours for development. Curb and gutter systems were installed, along with a PCC swale for effective stormwater management. Fencing was added for boundary definition, and playground equipment and shade structures were placed to enhance recreational spaces. Site furnishings were incorporated throughout the park for added comfort and functionality. Storm drain systems, lean outs, catch basins, and headwalls were installed to manage water runoff, while sewer and water lines were also integrated into the infrastructure. Asphalt paving was completed for smooth surfaces, and landscaping, along with irrigation systems, was set up to maintain the park’s greenery. Public artwork was installed as a focal point, and signage, along with decorative boulders, was added to guide visitors and enhance the park’s aesthetics. Finally, lighting was installed to ensure safety and visibility.
