Project: Campus Pointe

Scope of Work: The Campus Point project began with demo, clear, and grub work to prepare the site, followed by grading to establish the proper contours. A new sewer main and manhole were installed, along with cleanout structures, a headwall, and a catch basin to manage water flow. An energy dissipator was also put in place to control stormwater runoff. The gravel road was then constructed, and landscaping was completed with an irrigation system to maintain the greenery.
