Project: Maxwell at Main Street

Scope of Work: The Maxwell & Main Street project involved clearing and grubbing the site, followed by demolition and grading to prepare the area for further development. Landscaping was implemented to enhance the aesthetic appeal, while asphalt paving was installed for the road surfaces. Key infrastructure improvements included the installation of storm drain headwalls, bio basins, sewer systems with manholes and cleanouts, as well as fire and water service lines. Dry utilities were also integrated into the project. Additional elements included the installation of signage for traffic control, curb and gutter systems, PCC sidewalks, and pedestrian ramps to ensure accessibility. A retaining wall was constructed for support, while traffic signals and fencing were added to improve safety and security throughout the area.
