Scope of Work: The Mission Bay Athletic Comfort Station project began with demolition and grading to prepare the site. A new driveway, curb and gutter system, and sidewalk were constructed, including the installation of handicap ramps for accessibility. Landscaping was enhanced with an irrigation system, while necessary utilities such as water and sewer lines were installed. Asphalt paving was completed for smooth road surfaces, followed by striping for proper lane marking. Electrical work was carried out to provide lighting, and fencing was installed for security and boundary purposes.
