Scope of Work: The El Carmel Comfort Station project began with demolition and grading to prepare the site. Sewer and water lines were installed, followed by the construction of a sidewalk, handicap ramps, and parking areas for accessibility. Landscaping and irrigation systems were added to enhance the environment, while asphalt paving was completed for smooth surfaces. Striping was applied for proper traffic flow, and signage was installed for direction and information. Electrical work and lighting were provided to ensure safety and visibility, and a pre-fabricated restroom was placed to complete the facility.​​
