Scope of Work: The construction crew began by demoing the old pavement and performing the clear and grub process, followed by grading the area to ensure proper drainage, before installing the PCC curb and gutter, PCC rolled curb, sidewalk, and curb ramps, then proceeded with asphalt paving and the installation of roundabouts, decorative street lights, benches, and a decorative fence along the roadway, while an art column and gateway arch were placed at key locations, along with electrical work for the street lights, signing for traffic control, striping the lanes, and setting up landscape and irrigation systems to complete the project.
