Scope of Work: The Scripps Miramar parking lot project involved clearing and grubbing the site, followed by rough grading and fine grading to prepare the ground. Storm drains, curb and gutter systems, and PCC sidewalks were installed, along with decorative stamped concrete to enhance the aesthetic appeal. A guardrail was put in place for safety, and bio basins were added to manage stormwater. ADA-compliant ramps were built for accessibility, and trees and shrubs were planted to improve the landscaping. Hydroseeding was used to establish ground cover, while light poles and fencing were installed to provide illumination and security.
