Project: Pepper Park Comfort Station

Scope of Work: The redevelopment includes updates and expansions to primary utilities, demolition of nine aged exhibits, mass grading of the entire site (over 8 acres), construction of major roads and retaining walls and mitigation of hazardous materials prior to demolition. Construction of new 1300 sq ft ADA compliant comfort station, storage building, aluminum trellis, new concrete walkways and enhanced landscape. Solatubes were used for natural lighting to limit the need for electricity during the day.
